The Simone Handbag Museum opened in Seoul, South Korea on 19th July, housed in a stunning architectural bag-shaped structure by. The collection is designed and curated by Judith Clark, Reader in Fashion Curation at LCF, and the museum displays a collection of around 300 historical and contemporary Western handbags and purses. The display mannequins developed to reflect significant historical moments, and a particular penchant of Clark, include commisioned artwork by Philip Delamore of FDS, who created a sculptural body fitting textile piece using generative software which was realised in 3D printed Nylon.
